Partner — Employment & Labor, Austin

Senior hire sought to lead and grow a busy employment and labor practice in the Austin office of a national law firm. The role combines high-stakes employment litigation with counseling work for regional and national employers, including significant courtroom and arbitration experience.

The partner will supervise and develop a team of associates, handle complex, high-value matters from intake through trial, and take a leading role in client development and cross-practice collaboration. This is a business-building role with substantial opportunity to expand a book of work in the region.

• Proven partner-level experience in employment litigation and labor matters, including trial experience
