Partner, Employment & Labor — Century City (Los Angeles)

A national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor group in the Century City office. The role will involve leading employment litigation, counseling employers on workplace compliance, and advising on union/collective-bargaining matters and workplace investigations.

The partner will manage and develop a team of associates and play an active role in business development and client relationship management. This is an opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to expand a practice within a busy Los Angeles market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in employment litigation and counseling, including wage-and-hour, discrimination, and internal investigations
• Admission to the California bar and a proven ability to originate and grow client work
