Experienced employment and labor partner sought to join a well-established Chicago practice. The role combines client advisory work, labor relations, and defense of employment litigation across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a team, manage high‑value matters, and drive business development locally and nationally. This is a partner-level opportunity to expand an existing practice within a collaborative platform.

• Significant partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including labor relations and employment litigation
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and lead teams on complex matters
• Bar admission in Illinois (or ability to obtain) and strong regional presence
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
