Partner, Employment & Labor / Corporate / Intellectual Property / Litigation — Irvine

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Irvine office to expand work across corporate, intellectual property (including patent/IP litigation), employment & ERISA, and commercial litigation practices. The role is client-facing and focused on growing a portable practice while collaborating with existing teams across offices.

The firm offers flexibility on compensation structures (equity considered case-by-case) and competitive billing-rate expectations across practices. This is a business-building role with strong support for cross-office collaboration and origination.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in one or more of: corporate/M&A, IP (including patent litigation), employment/ERISA, or commercial litigation
• Proven ability to originate and manage client matters and to collaborate with multi-office teams
• Track record of senior client relationships and demonstrable revenue generation
