Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy multi-practice team in Research Triangle Park. The role will focus on Employment & Labor, Corporate and Intellectual Property work, with opportunities to collaborate across offices and help expand regional capabilities.

Ideal for a rainmaking partner with a portable client base who can originate and manage matters, mentor teams, and work with flexible billing models across litigation, corporate, and ERISA-related matters.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Established partner-level practice in Employment & Labor, Corporate or Intellectual Property
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills; ability to work cross-office and cross-practice
• Track record of leading teams and developing business (including ERISA/C&B or IP litigation experience desirable)
