Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver employment and labor team. The role will focus on counseling employers on workplace compliance, litigation defense, and employment-related risk management across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will help grow client relationships, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development initiatives. This is an opportunity to lead a practice group within a well-resourced, multi-practice platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record advising employers on labor and employment matters, including litigation and preventative counseling
• Proven business development skills and experience managing senior relationships
