Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on representing employers in complex employment disputes and related litigation matters across the region.

The successful candidate will chair matters, mentor a litigation team, and drive business development initiatives to expand the practice. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant responsibility for case strategy, trial work, and relationship management.

The team works on a mix of trial and pre-trial litigation, counseling, and risk management for employers; candidates should be prepared to handle high-stakes litigation and to build a durable book of business.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established trial and litigation experience in employment and labor matters
Proven client development record and ability to originate and grow revenue
Experience managing and mentoring associates and leading litigation teams
Bar admission in Oklahoma or willingness to become admitted
