Partner, Employment & Labor - London

Established lateral partner opportunity for an experienced employment and labor lawyer to join a major international firm’s London employment team. The role focuses on advising UK and cross-border clients on contentious and advisory employment matters, including strategic workforce issues, employee relations, and complex litigation.

The post-holder will lead client relationships, develop new business, and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative, multi-jurisdictional practice. The team advises a broad range of corporate clients across industry sectors and works closely with other practice groups on integrated matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record at partner level in employment & labor law, including client origination and team leadership
• Strong experience advising on UK employment litigation, restructuring, and cross-border employment issues
