Partner — Employment & Labor, Paris

Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established employment practice in the Paris office of a leading international law firm. The role will combine high-value advisory and contentious work for corporate and life-sciences clients, including cross-border employment matters.

The partner will take responsibility for client relationship management, business development, and supervising a team of associates and counsel. The position offers the opportunity to shape the practice’s strategy in France and work closely with specialists across jurisdictions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in employment & labor law, including contentious and advisory matters
• Track record advising life sciences or other regulated-sector clients preferred
• Demonstrable business development skills and ability to lead and mentor a team
• Fluency in French and strong English language skills; admission to the French bar or equivalent required
