Partner — Employment & Labor (Tysons)

Experienced employment & labor partner sought for a well-established national law firm to lead and expand the Tysons practice. The role focuses on complex employer-side counseling, labor relations, and contentious employment matters across multiple industries.

The partner will manage a team of associates and senior attorneys, retain and grow client relationships, and take primary responsibility for business development and practice management in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of partner-level client development and practice growth
• Significant experience handling complex employment and labor matters, including counseling and litigation
• Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience mentoring associates
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
