Partner, Employment & Labor — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to help grow and lead a busy employment and labor practice. The role combines high-stakes counseling and litigation work for a diverse client base across the public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to develop business, mentor junior lawyers, and handle complex employment litigation and preventative counseling matters. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility and firm leadership opportunity.
