Senior commercial lawyer sought to lead and grow an employment and tax practice in the firm's Chemnitz office. The role combines high‑level advisory work on employment matters with tax-related client support and business development responsibilities.

The successful candidate will join an established team, take responsibility for client relationships, and help expand regional market presence. This is a hands-on partner role with both fee-earning and managerial duties.

Proven partner-level track record in employment (labor) law and tax advisory work
Experience leading a practice or team and developing client relationships
Admission/qualification to practise in Germany (or equivalent), strong German-language skills
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
