Partner: Employment & Tax (Chemnitz)

Senior commercial lawyer sought to lead and grow an employment and tax practice in the firm's Chemnitz office. The role combines high‑level advisory work on employment matters with tax-related client support and business development responsibilities.

The successful candidate will join an established team, take responsibility for client relationships, and help expand regional market presence. This is a hands-on partner role with both fee-earning and managerial duties.

• Proven partner-level track record in employment (labor) law and tax advisory work
• Experience leading a practice or team and developing client relationships
• Admission/qualification to practise in Germany (or equivalent), strong German-language skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
