Leading international law firm seeks a partner to grow and lead its Energy and Construction practice in Dubai. The role will focus on advising regional and international clients on oil & gas, energy projects and infrastructure-related construction matters.

Ideal candidates will have an established practice in the region, a track record of originating and managing mandates, and the ability to lead a small team while developing client relationships across the Middle East.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in energy (oil & gas) and construction or infrastructure matters
• Track record of originating work and developing client relationships in the Middle East
• Experience leading fee-earning teams and managing complex cross-border projects
