Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an energy- and environment-focused litigation practice in the firm's New York office. The role involves leading complex disputes, managing trial and appellate work, and advising corporate and institutional clients on regulatory and enforcement matters.

The position requires hands-on case leadership, mentoring junior lawyers, and working collaboratively across practices on cross-border and transactional-related disputes. The role has a significant client-development component, supporting and expanding existing client relationships in the energy and environmental sectors.

Proven track record of leading complex energy/environment litigation matters, including trial and appellate experience where applicable
Strong client-development skills and ability to originate and expand client relationships in the energy/environment sectors
Experience managing and mentoring teams of associates and counsel
Active bar admission in New York (or willingness to transfer/obtain) and eligibility to work in the United States
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
