Partner — Energy & Environmental Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Senior litigation partner role focused on energy and environmental disputes and regulatory matters. The hire will join an established litigation team in Washington, D.C. handling high‑stakes enforcement, administrative and complex commercial litigation for energy‑sector clients and regulated entities.

The position requires courtroom and regulatory‑agency experience, a track record of leading matters from investigation through trial or final agency disposition, and the ability to collaborate with transactional and regulatory colleagues on cross‑practice matters. The role offers responsibility for matter leadership, mentoring junior lawyers, and business development in the energy/environmental sector.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and/or administrative‑agency litigation experience in energy or environmental matters
• Strong regulatory and enforcement practice background (federal and state)
• Demonstrated business development and client‑management skills; experience leading teams and mentoring associates
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
