Partner, Energy & Environmental — Washington, D.C.

National law firm seeks a partner to lead and expand its Energy & Environmental practice from the Washington, D.C. office. The role will combine client-facing regulatory work with business development across energy-sector matters regulated by federal and state agencies.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience advising on environmental regulatory issues and interactions with agencies such as the EPA, a demonstrated record of originating or managing energy-related matters, and the ability to grow a team and client base in the capital markets/regulatory hub.

• Established partner track record in energy and environmental regulatory work
• Significant EPA or comparable environmental regulatory experience
• Proven business development and client management skills
• Bar admission in DC or ability to qualify to practice in DC
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
