Senior partner hire to lead and grow a broad energy and environmental practice from the firm's Wilmington office. The role will cover energy tax matters, renewable energy and oil & gas work, infrastructure projects, and maritime and construction-related issues.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in counseling sponsors, developers and commercial clients on transactional, regulatory and tax aspects of energy and infrastructure projects. The position offers responsibility for originating work, supervising teams and expanding market presence in the region.

Established partner-level experience in energy, environmental and tax matters, including renewables, oil & gas and infrastructure transactions
Experience with maritime and construction-related legal issues advantageous
Track record of originating and managing client engagements and mentoring junior lawyers
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
