The team advises a range of private- and public-sector clients on regulatory strategy, permitting, environmental due diligence, and defense in administrative and enforcement matters. CEQA experience is desirable.
- Proven partner-level experience in environmental regulatory work and compliance counseling
- Track record advising on permitting, enforcement defense, and environmental due diligence
- CEQA experience desired
- Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
