Partner, Finance & Banking and Corporate — Paris

A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Finance & Banking and Corporate offering in Paris, with a focus on asset and investment management work. The role will involve advising institutional clients, funds and sponsors on transactional and regulatory matters across France and cross-border Europe.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and lead complex matters, collaborate with senior lawyers across jurisdictions, and help grow the practice in Paris.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in asset management and investment management transactions and regulatory work
• Strong origination skills and experience leading teams on cross-border matters
• Admission to practice in France (or equivalent) and fluency in French and English
