Partner, Finance & Banking — Atlantic City

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Atlantic City. The role will focus on originating and leading commercial lending and finance matters for a diverse client base across the region.

The team advises lenders and borrowers on a range of transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, loan restructurings, and credit facilities. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross-practice platform with established deal flow.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in commercial lending and finance transactions
• Demonstrated client-originating ability and business development experience
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing deal teams
