Partner — Finance & Banking, Blue Bell

Leading regional finance team is seeking a lateral partner to join its Blue Bell office and expand lending and finance capabilities. The role focuses on originating and managing commercial lending, real estate finance and syndicated loan matters for middle-market and institutional borrowers and lenders.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, supervise associates, and play an active role in business development to grow the practice locally and regionally. You will work across product lines with colleagues on related corporate and real estate matters.

This is a partner-level opening for an experienced finance lawyer who wants a platform to bring and grow client relationships while mentoring junior lawyers.
