Partner, Finance & Banking (Capital Markets) — Stuttgart

Well‑regarded German full‑service firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its capital markets offering from the Stuttgart office. The role focuses on originating and advising on equity and debt capital markets transactions and related financing work for corporate and financial institution clients.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in business development, manage and mentor a small team, and work closely with other practice groups on cross‑border and regulatory aspects. The role offers visibility, a high level of client contact and a chance to shape the practice locally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience in capital markets / finance transactions in Germany
• Strong origination and client relationship track record
• Team leadership and mentoring experience; comfortable working on cross‑border matters
