The successful candidate will help grow a market-facing private credit practice, lead complex transactions, and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative team.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or banking transactions
- Strong originating ability and client relationship track record
- Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates; active bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction
