Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Demonstrable track record of originating and closing complex financings and of supervising deal teams
Strong business development, client relationship and team leadership skills
Bar admission in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Illinois (or willingness to obtain admission)
