Partner, Finance & Banking — Chicago

Senior partner opportunity in a national finance practice seeking an experienced leader to build and lead private credit and commercial banking work from the Chicago office. The role focuses on originating and advising on lending transactions, structured credit and related corporate finance matters.

You'll join a well-resourced team advising lenders, sponsors and borrowers across syndicated loans, unitranche/private credit financings and other debt products. The role combines origination, client development and high‑value deal execution.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in private credit, syndicated loans or leveraged finance
• Proven origination and client-development capability with lender and sponsor clients
• Ability to lead deal teams and manage complex financings from negotiation through closing
