Partner, Finance & Banking — Chicago

Senior finance partner opportunity in a major U.S. office to lead and grow secured lending, leveraged finance and general corporate finance matters. The role combines client relationship leadership, origination responsibility and hands-on deal work across bank and borrower-side engagements.

The team advises regional and national lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a full suite of finance transactions. The successful candidate will join an established practice with platform resources across the U.S. and support cross-office collaboration on complex financings.

• Proven track record originating and executing syndicated and bilateral financings
• Established lender and sponsor relationships and demonstrable business development skills
• Strong leadership and team management experience in a large-firm finance practice
