Partner — Finance & Banking & Corporate, Dallas

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas finance and corporate team. The role will focus on asset and investment management matters and work closely with practitioners across finance and corporate practices to advise institutional and private clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior relationship role, originate and lead transactions, and help grow a team in the Dallas market. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with national platform resources while continuing to develop local business.

• Proven partner-level experience in finance and/or corporate work, with a focus on asset or investment management
• Track record of originating and leading matters and building client relationships
• Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to become admitted)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-office teams and support business development
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
