Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate, Luxembourg

Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Luxembourg corporate and finance practice. The role focuses on fund formation and asset management matters, advising institutional and private clients on cross-border fund structures and financing solutions.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business in the Luxembourg market, and work closely with onshore and international teams to deliver integrated corporate and finance advice.

• Proven partner-level track record in fund formation, asset management and related corporate/finance work in Luxembourg.
• Ability to originate and grow cross-border fund and finance mandates; strong existing client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with international practices on complex transactions.
• Excellent commercial and regulatory knowledge relevant to Luxembourg funds and finance.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
