Partner, Finance & Banking — Exton

Leading regional office seeks a partner to build and lead finance and banking workstreams from its Exton location. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on commercial banking matters, syndicated and asset-based lending, and related financing arrangements.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling complex financing transactions across industries and help grow a market-facing practice. This is a hands-on partner role with responsibility for business development and practice leadership.

• Established partner with substantial experience in banking and finance transactions
• Strong litigation-adjacent skills are a plus (creditors rights/loan enforcement)
• Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain licensure
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
