Partner, Finance & Banking (London)

Leading finance partner role based in London focused on private credit and broader banking and finance matters. The role will lead origination, execution and client relationships across debt finance strategies while working with a cross-border finance team.

The successful candidate will be expected to drive business development, manage complex lender and borrower-side transactions, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a senior client-facing position within an international finance practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in private credit and corporate lending transactions
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex finance deals and managing client relationships
• Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with experience working on cross-jurisdictional matters
