Partner — Finance & Banking, London

Senior finance partner opportunity to join a major international law firm's London finance team. The role will focus on leading cross-border banking and finance matters, advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors on commercial finance transactions.

The successful candidate will join an established team working on complex syndicated and bilateral facilities, acquisition finance and other corporate lending matters. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for originating work, managing relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Proven track record of originating and leading banking and finance transactions
• Ability tomanage and develop client relationships across multiple jurisdictions
• Qualified solicitor with significant partner-level experience in finance & banking
