Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Finance & Banking practice in London. The role will lead client engagements across banking and finance matters, advising domestic and cross-border lenders and borrowers on commercial finance transactions.

The team advises on a broad range of financing work and is looking for a partner able to originate mandates, manage deal teams and build long-term client relationships. The position is open on a location‑agnostic basis with flexible arrangements for senior hires.
