Partner — Finance & Banking, New York

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner-level lawyer to join its New York finance team with a focus on private credit and corporate lending. The role will involve leading transactions, advising lenders and borrowers on structured and bilateral credit facilities, and helping grow a market-facing private credit practice.

The successful candidate will join an established finance platform and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex financing matters. This is a visibility-rich opportunity for a rainmaker who can originate new business and deepen client relationships in the private credit space.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established private credit and banking transactional experience (originations, syndicated and bilateral facilities)
• Proven client origination and relationship-management ability
• Admitted to practice in New York or able to obtain admission
