Partner — Finance & Banking, New York

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York finance practice with a focus on leveraged and structured finance. The role will combine origination, deal execution and client relationship management across complex financing transactions.

The successful candidate will advise lenders, private credit funds and corporate borrowers on syndicated and bilateral facilities, structured financings and refinancings. The position offers responsibility for leading deal teams, developing business and expanding the finance platform in New York.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising on leveraged and structured finance transactions
• Track record of originating and closing complex financings and managing deal teams
• Established relationships with banks, private credit funds and corporate borrowers
• Admission to the New York bar or ability to qualify promptly
