Partner — Finance & Banking, New York

Senior finance partner role to lead and grow a transactional finance practice in New York with a focus on leveraged and structured finance. The role combines originating and executing complex financings, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will take on responsibility for deal teams across leveraged and structured products, help develop business across sectors, and represent borrowers and capital providers on sophisticated credit structures.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
• Significant partner-level transactional experience and client origination capability
• Licensed to practice in New York (or able to obtain admission) and experienced at managing deal teams
