Partner — Finance & Banking, New York

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a finance and banking practice from the New York office, with a particular emphasis on private credit transactions. The role will combine deal leadership, client origination and relationship management across lending and structured finance matters.

The team advises lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on syndicated loans, unitranche and bespoke private credit structures. The successful candidate will play a visible client-facing role and help expand the platform in the US market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience leading private credit, syndicated loan or leveraged finance transactions
• Track record of originating and executing complex lending and structured finance deals
• Strong business development and client relationship skills in the US market
