Partner — Finance & Banking, New York

Senior partner opportunity in the finance and banking practice of a leading national law firm. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of commercial finance matters, including syndicated and leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and general banking transactions.

The incoming partner will have responsibility for originating work, expanding client relationships and collaborating with an established team across the firm s finance platform. This is a visible role with leadership and business-development expectations in the New York market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record handling complex banking and finance transactions
• Proven ability to originate business and manage client relationships
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of associates and counsel
• Bar admission in New York (or eligible) and strong professional references
