Partner, Finance & Banking — New York

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a structured finance and securitization practice in the firm's New York office. The role focuses on originating and executing complex securitizations, structured-finance transactions and leveraged-finance-related financings for institutional and corporate borrowers.

The successful candidate will split time between client-facing origination, transaction execution and cross-practice collaboration with capital markets and finance teams. There is a clear expectation to drive business development and mentor junior lawyers within a busy transactional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in securitization, structured finance and leveraged finance transactions
• Proven origination and client-management experience at partner level
• Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible)
