Partner, Finance & Banking — Phoenix

Seeking a partner to lead and expand a Phoenix-based finance and banking practice with strong corporate finance overlap. The role will focus on private credit, fund-related financing and bank/asset-backed lending across sponsor and corporate clients.

Successful candidates will run client relationships, supervise deal teams, and help grow a market-facing practice. The position offers opportunity to shape strategy and collaborate with cross-office finance and corporate groups.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner with a proven track record in finance, banking and corporate finance transactions
• Experience leading deal teams and managing client relationships on fund, private credit or bank lending matters
• Admitted and licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
