Partner — Finance & Banking (Project Finance) — Riyadh

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Riyadh, with a primary focus on project finance and cross-border financings. The role will involve originating work, leading transactions, and advising sponsors, banks and lenders on major infrastructure and energy financings.

The successful candidate will join a team that advises on complex, high-value financings across Saudi Arabia and the region, working with international and local parties on structured debt, project contracts and regulatory aspects.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established project finance practice with substantial transaction experience in the region
• Proven ability to originate and lead cross-border financings and manage deal teams
• Licensed/qualified lawyer in a common law or comparable jurisdiction; experience working with Saudi law and regulators advantageous
