Partner, Finance & Banking (Project Finance) — Riyadh

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a project finance capability in Riyadh for a global, international law practice. The role will focus on cross-border and local project financings, infrastructure and energy-related transactions, working with sovereign, corporate and international lender clients.

The team provides integrated international support on complex financings and mandates. The successful candidate will join an established international platform and will be expected to strengthen client relationships and originate new business across the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience advising on project finance and infrastructure financings, including cross-border matters in the Middle East
• Proven track record of client development and relationship management at partner level
• Admission to practise in relevant jurisdiction(s) or ability to obtain local admission; strong commercial judgment and team leadership
