Partner, Finance & Banking & Securities — Chicago

National law firm seeking an experienced partner to join the Finance & Banking and Securities practice in the Chicago office. The role focuses on capital markets work and related financing transactions, leading deal teams and developing client relationships across industry sectors.

Ideal candidate will steward existing client matters, originate new business, and collaborate with lawyers across practice groups and offices. This is a partner-level opportunity with responsibility for practice development, client management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established capital markets / securities and finance transactional experience as a partner
• Track record of originating and growing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
