Partner — Finance & Corporate (Muscat)

Senior partner role based in Muscat joining a well-established Oman practice focused on project finance and corporate transactions. The role combines lead advisory work on cross-border financings and corporate deals with responsibility for originating and growing client relationships in the region.

The team is seeking an experienced partner to provide long-term leadership as current senior partners approach retirement, expand the practice's footprint in Oman, and mentor local fee-earners. The role offers a high level of autonomy on mandate strategy and business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial experience in project finance and corporate transactions in the Middle East or comparable markets
• Proven client origination and relationship management at partner level
• Ability to lead a team and assume future practice leadership responsibilities
• Admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s) and appropriate regulatory clearances
