Senior partner opportunity within a national finance and energy practice focused on project and renewable-energy financings. The role will be based in New York and involves originating and leading complex financing transactions for sponsor, borrower and lender clients across renewable energy projects.

The team advises on structured project financings, tax-equity and debt arrangements, and cross-border funding solutions. The role includes client development, deal execution oversight, and mentoring junior lawyers.
