Leading international law firm is seeking a senior partner to lead and expand its project finance and energy practice in Riyadh. The role will focus on complex project financings and cross-border energy transactions across renewables, oil & gas and related infrastructure.

The successful candidate will join a market-facing team advising sponsors, lenders and developers on deal execution and regulatory matters in Saudi Arabia and the region. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice and win new regional mandates.

Portable book of business of $3M–$5M (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in project finance and energy transactions (renewables and oil & gas)
Track record of originating and leading cross-border financings and managing client relationships
Experience advising on regional regulatory and transactional issues in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
