Partner — Finance, Intellectual Property & Antitrust, Chicago

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary practice combining finance, patent litigation (life sciences & technology), and antitrust work tied to private equity transactions. The role will split time between originating and supervising high-value matters and developing cross-practice client relationships.

The team serves sophisticated corporate and litigation clients across private equity, life sciences, technology and energy sectors. The successful candidate will be expected to drive business development, mentor junior lawyers, and coordinate work across transactional and contentious matters.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance transactions, patent litigation and antitrust matters (private equity-related experience preferred)
• Proven track record of originating and cross-selling to corporate and litigation clients
• Strong leadership, client relationship and team management skills
