Leading national law practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago office to grow and lead work across finance, IP litigation and antitrust matters. The role will focus on patent litigation in life sciences and technology, antitrust disputes connected to private equity transactions, and related capital-markets or financing work.

The successful candidate will help drive client development, supervise teams on complex matters, and collaborate with cross‑office specialists across transactional and contentious workstreams. The team values deep industry knowledge in private equity, life sciences, technology and energy sectors.

Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in patent litigation and/or antitrust litigation with private equity and technology or life‑sciences clients
Demonstrated business development and client-management experience
Ability to lead teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and work collaboratively across practice groups
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Illinois
