Partner — Finance, Intellectual Property & Antitrust (New York)

Senior partner opportunity in a major U.S. firm’s New York office focused on finance, IP litigation (especially patent disputes), and antitrust matters. The role will lead cross-practice teams handling matters for private equity, life sciences, technology and energy clients.

The position requires a seasoned trial and transactional leader who will develop client relationships, supervise litigation and deal work, and mentor junior lawyers. The team works on complex patent litigation in life sciences/tech, antitrust issues connected to private equity transactions, and high-value finance matters.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation and/or transactional record in IP, antitrust or finance
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills in private equity, life sciences, technology or energy sectors
• Experience leading partner teams and mentoring associates
