An established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to anchor and grow a multidisciplinary practice in its New York office. The role spans finance and banking, patent litigation, and antitrust, with a strong entrepreneurial mandate and an open compensation structure.

The incoming partner will be positioned at the intersection of capital markets, private equity, and complex litigation, serving clients across life sciences, technology, and energy. The work blends transactional and contentious matters, with a particular focus on patent litigation in the life sciences and tech sectors and antitrust litigation tied to private equity clients.

Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible to be admitted)
Partner-level experience in finance and banking, intellectual property litigation, or antitrust and competition
Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Demonstrated ability to serve clients in private equity, life sciences, technology, or energy sectors
Strong entrepreneurial drive and a collaborative approach to cross-practice matters
