An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office and help drive growth across a multi-disciplinary platform spanning finance and banking, intellectual property, and antitrust and competition.

The role calls for an attorney with a strong existing practice who can operate at a senior level across private equity, patent litigation, and antitrust work. The firm serves clients in private equity, life sciences and technology, and the energy sector, offering a collaborative environment for a partner seeking a platform to further expand their practice.

This is an opportunity to bring a portable practice into a firm with a recognized footprint in complex litigation and finance, with the support needed to build and deepen client relationships.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (D.C. or eligibility to waive in)
Significant partner-level experience in finance and banking, intellectual property, and/or antitrust and competition
Demonstrated expertise in private equity, patent litigation, and/or antitrust matters
Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Strong academic credentials and a proven record of client development
