Partner — Finance, Intellectual Property & Antitrust, Washington, D.C.

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an interdisciplinary practice handling corporate finance matters, patent litigation (with a focus on life sciences and technology), and antitrust disputes tied to private equity activity. The role combines litigation and transactional work and will advise strategic corporate and sponsor clients across those areas.

The team serves clients in private equity, life sciences, technology and energy sectors. The successful candidate will lead major matters, develop client relationships, and work with cross‑office teams on complex, high‑value engagements.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in patent litigation and antitrust matters, ideally with experience advising private equity clients
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
• Experience leading teams on complex, high-stakes litigation and corporate finance matters
