Partner, Finance & IP Litigation - Phoenix

Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Phoenix office to lead patent litigation matters and contribute to finance-related workstreams. The role combines courtroom and contentious IP experience with an ability to advise on related finance and structured-finance issues.

The successful candidate will take a senior role within an established practice group, mentor associates, and help grow a cross-practice offering linking litigation and finance matters. This is a business-facing position with significant client contact and origination expectations.

• Proven partner-level patent litigation experience, including significant federal-court and/or ITC matters
• Experience advising on finance-related aspects of contentious matters (leveraged/structured finance experience desirable)
• Demonstrable record of business development and team leadership
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Arizona
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
